1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FlashCodes ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FlashCodes is an automated bonus code claiming service for Stake.com. The Service monitors Telegram channels for bonus codes, extracts them using OCR technology, and delivers them to subscribers via a browser extension for automatic redemption.

3. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling and automated services.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is legal in your jurisdiction.

4. Account and Subscription

  • Each subscription is tied to a single Stake.com username.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API token.
  • You may not share, sell, or transfer your subscription to another person.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments

  • All payments are processed in cryptocurrency through OxaPay.
  • Prices are listed in USD but paid in the cryptocurrency equivalent at the time of payment.
  • Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
  • No recurring billing — each subscription period must be purchased separately.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Service and instant activation, refunds are generally not offered. If you experience technical issues that we are unable to resolve, contact our support team and we will evaluate your case individually.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service to violate the terms of service of any third-party platform.
  • Share your API token with unauthorized parties.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that every bonus code will be successfully claimed, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that specific performance metrics will be achieved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlashCodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlashCodes and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify active subscribers of significant changes via Telegram.
